Construction is the familiar heavy-duty 12-gauge welded steel with a 22-gauge stainless exterior and mineral-wool insulation rated to 1,200 degrees, and a 65,000 BTU burner with electronic ignition runs on propane or natural gas. A 1/4 HP convection motor with a 10-inch fan circulates heat and smoke so even the longest racks cook consistently. It is built and backed by Ole Hickory Pits of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
