New and refurbished machines are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage length and terms are: New machines include a 1–2 year manufacturer-backed warranty. Refurbished machines include a 6-month to 1-year warranty.
Contact us through our Contact page or at sales@vendofleet.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team will help diagnose the problem and arrange parts, service, or replacement as covered.
