Vendo Fleet stands behind the equipment we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage that applies to your purchase.
Every machine includes a limited parts warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage varies by manufacturer, product type, and the machine’s condition — the exact term is shown on each product page. As a general guide:
Defective parts under normal operating conditions — for example the control board, bill validator, coin mechanism, and refrigeration unit (where applicable). During the warranty period we ship a replacement part at no cost, or repair the part on a send-in basis.
As is standard across the vending industry, our warranty covers parts, not labor. On-site service calls and the labor to install replacement parts are the customer’s responsibility, unless you add an optional Parts & Labor extended plan (see below). To make this easy, free US-based phone and video support is included with every purchase to help you diagnose and resolve most issues.
Want longer or fuller protection? Optional extended plans are available as an add-on at checkout: 2-year and 4-year Extended Parts plans, or 2-year and 4-year Extended Parts & Labor plans (which also cover labor and on-site service). Just choose your plan on the product page before adding to cart.
Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. Normal wear items and cosmetic wear. Damage caused by power surges, water, pests, or environmental conditions. Labor and on-site service (see above).
Contact us through our Contact page or at sales@vendofleet.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team will help diagnose the problem and arrange the covered parts or a send-in repair.
