This Shipping Policy explains how Vendo Fleet delivers commercial vending machines, parts, and accessories. We ship to addresses within the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping methods and freight

Vending machines are large, heavy items and ship by freight carrier. Smaller parts and accessories ship by standard parcel carriers. reputable freight carriers nationwide, with lift-gate delivery and installation included

Shipping costs and delivery times

free nationwide delivery on all machines, with typical delivery in 5–10 business days depending on your region

Delivery and inspection

For freight deliveries, please inspect your equipment at delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us right away so we can help resolve it.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a repair or replacement.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we provide tracking or freight scheduling details so you can plan to receive your delivery.
