No. Vendo Fleet does not offer financing at this time. Payment is made in full at checkout.
Yes. We offer free shipping nationwide to all 50 states on our vending machines. Machines ship by freight carrier with lift-gate delivery and installation included, typically arriving within 3–5 business days. Smaller parts and accessories ship by standard parcel carriers.
New machines are unused and come from the manufacturer. Refurbished machines have been inspected, repaired, cleaned, and tested to working condition. Used machines are sold in functional as-is condition. Every listing states its condition.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, product type, and the condition of the machine. As a general guide, new machines carry a 1-year parts warranty (depending on the manufacturer), refurbished and used machines carry a 6-to-10-month parts warranty (depending on the machine and its condition), and trailers carry a 1-year limited warranty (depending on the manufacturer). Our warranty covers parts; labor and on-site service are the customer’s responsibility, and free US-based phone support is included. Optional extended plans are available at checkout — Parts plans (2-year and 4-year), or Parts & Labor plans (2-year and 4-year) that also cover labor. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery on unused equipment in its original condition and packaging — every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For change-of-mind returns the customer is responsible for return shipping, with no restocking fee; if the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is free too.
