We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vendo Fleet. This Return and Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Contact us through our Contact page or at sales@vendofleet.com with your order number to request a return authorization before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. Damaged-in-transit and defective items are handled at no return-shipping cost to you, and may also be covered under our Warranty Policy.
