Thank you for choosing Finn Vending Sales LLC. We value every customer and work hard to ensure each order arrives on time, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. This policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued for purchases made through our website or directly with our sales team.

Return Window

Customers have a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within this timeframe.

Return Cost

Return shipping cost: Free.

Customers pay $0 for all approved returns.

Finn Vending Sales LLC covers all return shipping costs.

Order Processing and Shipping

All products are shipped only after full payment is confirmed through one of our accepted payment methods (Wire Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime, or Cash App). Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the item ships.

Once a machine has been processed for shipment or is already in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective machines as long as they are in new or slightly used condition.

Eligible reasons for return include:

• Wrong machine model or configuration delivered

• Machine arrives damaged or non-functional

• Customer wishes to return the machine within the 30-day window (new or slightly used condition)

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Misuse, tampering, or improper installation

• Missing accessories or missing keys

• Machines returned outside the 30-day window

• Cosmetic differences that do not affect function

How to Request a Return or Refun

To initiate a return or refund:

1.Email sales@vendofleet.com within 30 days of delivery.

2.Provide your invoice number and a brief description of the reason for return.

3.Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the machine is returned and inspected.

Return Shipping Process

If a return is authorized:

• A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued

• Machines must be returned in original packaging with all included parts and accessories

• A prepaid return shipping label is included inside the original package

• Customers pay $0 for return shipping

If the original label is missing, a replacement label can be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Machines damaged due to misuse or improper installation

• Items returned with missing parts

• Machines returned after the 30-day window

• Customized machines

• Carrier delays outside our control

Refunds for Startup Program

Our Startup Program includes mentorship and verified locations.

Because these services involve labor and coordination, they are non-refundable once service begins.

Partial refunds or service credits may be issued if certain guaranteed steps are not completed.
